These terms govern your use of the Top Notch apps for iOS and macOS ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store and Apple Media Services terms. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source of the app.

Your content

Scripts you write and videos you record are yours. They stay on your device, and you are responsible for their content and for backing them up.

Purchases

Some features may require a paid license. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, and pricing is shown before you buy. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their policies; license purchases are subject to the payment provider's refund terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to use it to create or distribute content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
